New Visual Identity

In September 2024 Tritax Symmetry and Tritax Big Box Reit merged and became Tritax Big Box Reit(TBBR). TBBR own manage and develop critical logistics real estate in the UK for a number of brands such as Amazon, Yodel, Iron Mountain, Sainsbury's and M&S.

The Brief

To create a new identity for the merged brands.

To refresh the brands but maintain some of the assets that are recognisable to the key audiences.

The New Identity

We developed a new refreshed Visual Id for TBBR that has an updated new look and feel. 
The core visual identity (logo/ triangles) has been maintained but a new ‘Beacon Orange’ colour was introduced to give it stand out and differentiates it from competitors.

Beyond the logo a whole new visual ID was developed for the brand – including visual assets and TOV and a full set of guidelines for all parties to refer to. 
This new visual ID was then rolled out across the other TBBR funds – Tritax Group and Private Markets in their own unique colours but with recognisable commonalities. 
Not only was all the collateral updated but the Northampton and Manchester offices were redecorated to reflect the new brand and it’s values.
